So I'm giving 5 stars for the whole experience cause it really is amazing and the views and sites are great. But I just want to mention that even if it's Egypt and "scamming" happens everywhere, it would be nice to avoid it on a day trip like this. You'll be taken for lunch that description says it's included but also says it's not included at the same time and you'll end up paying 22 euros for it even if every other meal in Egypt you'd have will cost you maximum 10.

The destination itself is 5 stars and when guided by the super knowledge and very personable Waleed (Egyptologist), it made for a perfect day. We were so lucky to be such a small group on this occasion which allowed us to pound Waleed with lots of questions, all of which he answered with patience and genuine knowledge. Wonderful tour, guide did justice to her role. Every minute was utilized properly as dhe was providing more details about history.
